Initial Consultation (75 mins)
Cost: $165
During your initial consultation, we’ll take a comprehensive look at your health. We’ll review your medical history, menstrual cycle, digestion, energy, sleep, stress, and symptoms.
We’ll also explore your current nutrition and lifestyle habits - what’s supporting you and where your body may need additional care. We will discuss any functional testing that may be clinically relevant.
Most importantly, we’ll determine your health goals. We will create a personalised plan that feels realistic and sustainable for you, equipping you with a practical path forward. After your consult, I will send through your personalised treatment plan that outlines nutrition and lifestyle strategies, practitioner-only supplement recommendations, functional testing instructions, and any other information we have discussed.

Follow-up Consultation (30-45 mins)
Cost - Extended (45 min): $100
Cost (30 min): $75
Extended follow-up sessions (45 mins) are recommended for your first follow-up consult, pregnancy follow-up consults, and are required for test result reviews to go through your results in detail.
During your follow-up consultation, we build on the foundations we’ve already set.
We’ll check in on how you’ve been feeling, review any changes in your symptoms, cycle, digestion, energy, sleep or mood, and discuss what’s been working well and what might need adjusting. If you’ve completed any testing or updated blood work, we’ll go through your results in detail and refine your plan accordingly.
We’ll adapt your nutrition, lifestyle and supplement plan to make sure it continues to feel realistic, supportive and aligned with your goals. After your consult, you’ll receive updated recommendations and clear next steps and a plan forward.

Online and Mobile consultations
Online Consultations
Receive personalised nutrition support from the comfort of your own home! Oleve Health offers online Telehealth consultations through Cliniko’s secure online platform.
What you need for your online appointment:
A device with a camera and microphone (mobile phone, laptop, or tablet)
A reliable internet connection
A private room or location
Your appointment confirmation email with your personal Telehealth link

Mobile Consultations
Oleve Health offers convenient mobile clinical nutrition consultations from the comfort of your home, workplace, or other suitable location.
Mobile consultations are available within 20km of our service area (Happy Valley, Adelaide).
Travel within 20km is included in your consultation fee.
Appointments located beyond 20km may be available by arrangement and incur a $20 travel fee, quoted based on location.
Any applicable travel fees will be confirmed with you before your appointment is booked.

These mobile consultations are arranged directly with us to allow for travel planning, availability assessment, and confirmation of any applicable travel fees.
